In the suburbs of Europe, a slice of Augusta now resides in a veteran’s backyard. DYG is proud to unveil a massive 14,000-square-foot custom putting course, transforming a private residence into a golfer’s retreat.
Utilizing the prestigious DYG® artificial turf system, the project covers a total of 11,640 square feet, featuring a dedicated putting green area of nearly 3,000 square feet.
The client, a recently retired military veteran, sought to honor his service and his passion for football within his landscape. DYG collaborated with him and his lead contractor, Bobby, to bring his vision to life:
- ★ Custom Military Insignia: Three custom logos were precision-cut and embedded into the green, paying homage to his military roots.
- ★ Football Club Crests: Dedicated crests for his two favorite football teams were designed and seamlessly integrated into the terrain.
Beyond installation, DYG provided professional guidance on maintenance and expertise, ensuring this backyard masterpiece remains tour-ready for years to come.
